Started by verifying the measurements and that nothing had moved.
Started with the forward hole of the U-803, where a new 3/8 cobalt bit was used. Drilled the hole, inserted the bolt and moved onto the rear bolt, drilled, and inserted the bolt. Repeated steps for the left gear.
Once the U-803 was drilled and bolt inserted on both gear, I used a new 5/16 drill and drilled the U-804, and inserted th ebolt. Repeated the process for the rear of the U-804 and moved onto the right gear..
Once the 5/16th bolts were done, pulled out the new 1/4 drill bit and drilled the 1/4 holes through the lower longerons. I still have to drill the 1/4 bolt holes for through the weldment, but that will wait until the fuse is back on the rotisserie.
There was no movement with the gear and the lines are bang on. We'll see how it pans out once it's on wheels.
